 "Win
Tickets to See Katie Melua" Contest Rules/Terms
and Conditions:
- Entry is open to all UK residents over the age
of 18 except for Dramatico and Smooth Radio employees
and their families.
- Entry to the competition is restricted to one
entry per person please.
- Multiple entries, automated entries, bulk entries
or third party entries will be disqualified.
- The contest starts on Friday 11th June 2010 and
closes on Tuesday, 15th June 2010 at 15.00 British
Summer Time (BST).
- Winners will be drawn at random from all correct
entries, and will be contacted as soon as possible
after the contest closes by a Dramatico staff member
and no later than 18.00 BST on Friday, 18th June
2010.
- Winners names will be provided on www.katiemelua.com
after the event. No other personal details will
be disclosed or announced.
- Your privacy is important to us. www.katiemelua.com
is compliant with the Data Protection Act. We will
not pass on your details to any third party without
your prior consent.
- By entering this competition you confirm that
you are over the age of 18 and will be available
to attend this performance at Café de Paris
in London on 22nd June 2010.
- Each winner for this competition through www.katiemelua.com
will win free entry for 2 people to this event at
Café de Paris scheduled for Tuesday evening
22nd June 2010.
- Winners will be responsible for any additional
costs they may incur (such as, but not limited to,
transport costs and accommodation).
- Should the event be cancelled or postponed Dramatico
will not be responsible for any costs incurred.
- Judges decision is final and no correspondence
will be entered into.
- There will be a total of 25 winners (50 tickets
in total) to be won via www.katiemelua.com Other
tickets will be available as prizes through Smooth
Radio and will be subject to their terms and conditions.
- No substitution or cash alternative of prizes
will be available.
- No transfer of prizes will be permitted.
